Since 2017 and being that we live & work in a breath-taking serene small town on the Canadian Prairies. We have been working with our clients throughout the world using the internet to provide on-line consultations and training.

You do not have to worry about making that drive to come and see us or taking time out of your busy day as technology allows us to meet with you via video platform at a time that works for you. We set you up with a shared folder on our cloud-based system, allowing you to access the relevant immigration forms & upload the documents we require. It’s even better than having to email documents back & forth! Having a virtual immigration consulting firm allows us to work during the evenings & some weekends which could be the only time when you can meet! Immigration isn’t 9 to 5 neither are we.

We do reviews of applications too!

Maybe you are already an existing client or by this time have an immigration application process near completion that needs some tweaks & a review. Lots of our clients are very capable of completing the first version of their application independently but then simply want a second opinion. A missing document or an outdated immigration form might cause the application to be sent back – and you don’t want that!

We are more than happy to work with you to review an immigration application that you are desiring to submit. These half or full day reviews includes the minimum:

30 minute introduction & review of needs via zoom
Review of immigration forms and documentation to ensure they are accurate
Letter of recommendations of what to include and/or improve in application if needed
Assist in drafting cover letter and what you should be covering
30 minute wrap up call
Also assist you with submission via sharing screens, and you can hit submit with a reassured smile!
